Quality Management

QPAC operates a quality management system compliant with the requirements of EN 9100:2010.

The system ensures that work is carried out to an approved and recognized system of quality. This includes contract reviews, design controls, document and data controls, purchasing, process controls, inspections and testing, handling, storage and packaging, quality records controls and trainings. Our Quality Management System and process documentation is the basis for our daily work and our ability to interact efficiently and transparently, at all levels of the organization.

Regular internal and external quality audits are inherent part of our continuous improvement process.
